My name is Rodney Forbes. My friend Toby Richardson and I want to open and run a public shooting range. We want to make it indoor and outdoor competition style range to support USPSA competitions. We will use paper and steel targets. We would like to know what we would need to get a sponsored, sanctioned tournaments at our facilities.
