So you want to start competing in shooting sports with your every day carry gun and don’t know what to do? In this video I go over how EASY it is to start shooting at a match. For most people it will be either USPSA (United States Practical Shooting Association) or IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association). In this video I’ll discuss shooting in the IDPA Stock Service Pistol (SSP) Division.

Just like USPSA, you’ll need a gun, holster, belt, magazines and mag pouches. You will be limited to use 10 rounds per magazine and need to shoot 9mm.

Most guns will be the typical carry guns but the full size variant. Striker fired guns dominate with the GLOCK 34 as the overall badass.
